Dyrk dine egne Microgreens!
Dyrk dine egne Microgreens!

Grow your own Microgreens!
- an experience-based growing course for microgreens enthusiasts!
This course teaches you about different types of Microgreens. You will
gain knowledge about different seeds and their needs. You will learn
about the sowing and germination process in relation to these and gain
experience with how to create a good growing environment for a
successful crop. Good planning and the right choices are important
elements for success.
The course is set up over 2 Tuesday evenings of 1.5 hours with
attendance at Aker Brygge and ends with a gathering on zoom, 10 days
later. The zoom gathering is to give the participants a good opportunity
to exchange experiences from the course and their own home growing
process. A Facebook group will also be created for Q&A's and
inspiration along the way.
Participants will be given growing boxes as well as seeds and growing
medium for use throughout the course. You want Microgreens both at
home and taken care of on the farm*. This provides a unique and broad
base of experience as well as flexibility in the learning process.
The intention of the course is that you gain enough knowledge and
experience to be able to make good choices and establish good habits to
enrich your diet with living plants all year round!

and welfare policy before I became a gardener. On this course I look
forward to sharing my experience with Microgreens, urban agriculture
and health awareness. Nature has always been a source of inspiration
for me.”
